Torii Mor Winery

Redfish is very pleased to announce that on Tuesday, March 4, we will be hosting the owners of the Torii Mor winery for a dinner here at the restaurant.  Located in the Northern Willamette Valley just south of Portland, Oregon, Torii Mor crafts a variety of wines but specializes in boutique Pinot Noirs. With this dinner, we will taste a Pinot Blanc, the Black Label Pinot, the Reserve Pinot and one of the wineries very select single vineyard Pinots. We will finsih the evening off with Torii Mor's Gewurtztraminer dessert wine.  This will be a very special evening, with great food and wine. Please mark the date, March 4th.  Menu specifics and pricing will follow soon.

Come join us for a casual and fun wine tasting event showcasing the finest wines of The United States versus their counterparts from around the globe! Our special guests speakers Jennifer Lewis of Advintage Distributors and Amy Lee of Southern Distributors will be moderating this crowd-pleasing event.

Divine Wine and Chocolate

Red Fish's own pastry chef Jan Koehler shared with us his passion for melding art with the finest chocolate. His creations paired with wine director Chris Locascio's top picks for internationally acclaimed dessert and sparkling wines, made for an evening of spectacular indulgence


Chilian Wine Tasting

On November 8th, Banfi importers shared with us an incredible line-up of great value and high quality wines from Chile. Chef Sean delighted our large group of wine and cuisine enthusiasts with such delicacies as wild boar and duck to pair with these fruity, bold reds and crisp, smooth white wines. A great event!
