It's Hilton Head Island Wine and Food Fest week! (visit:http://www.hiltonheadhospitalityassociation.com/WFSplash.aspx for more information)
As part of the "Great Chef of the South" events, we'll be having a Farm-to-Table dinner here at Red Fish on Wednesday, March 10. It's an open house dinner celebrating locally grown ingredients. Just drop by anytime from 5 - 10 pm and enjoy a four-course seasonal menu showcasing locally caught seafood and all natural meats served with local fare from our garden, Bear Island Farms. Each course is perfectly paired with a half glass of sustainable and/or organic wine. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 843-686-3388.
