Chef Sean Walsh

Our executive chef, Sean Walsh, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has been delighting guests at Red Fish since 2003. Sean became a chef for the freedom of artistic expression and has followed his passion in kitchens from New York to mid-West America, the Caribbean, and now to the Lowcountry.

Through his diverse experiences, Sean has built a unique and intriguing style with combinations of many culinary techniques. At Red Fish, you can expect delectable dishes that express a fusion of the Caribbean and pan-Asian flair brought to traditional Lowcountry cuisine.
